Job Role:  Teaching/Training/Facilitation

Experience:  2 to 4 years – Training and Teaching in a reputed institution/Industry exposure with a passion to train and teach

Educational Qualification:  BE/B.Tech CS/EEE/ECE/AI/IT, MCA, MSc CS/SS/IT, ME/M.Tech or equivalent Post Graduation in relevant domain

Key Skills:
  1. A degree in Computer Science or a similar field
  2. Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  3. Experienced with version control systems such as Git
  4. Experienced with graphic design applications (e.g., Adobe Illustrator)
  5. An understanding of the principles of SEO
  6. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and mobile-first development
  7. Have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  8. Conceptualize current Growing Trends and Industry-standard requirements
  9. Adept understanding of the contemporary tools and techniques to improve the performance of and familiarized with emerging markets
  10. Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and web design
  11. Experience in writing highly secure web applications
  12. Experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies
  13. Growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on outside-the-box ideas and solutions.
Roles and Responsibilitie
  • Will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Technical training programs, assignments, case studies, and workshops to students
  • Influence students to evaluate strategies, technical and placement topics and transpose to the companies their knowledge by communicating effectively
  • Create topic-wise, company specific-wise, role-wise curriculum and enhance technical training from a placement’s perspective
  • Facilitate day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining knowledge from day one of their presence in the academe
  • Conduct weekly evaluations for students in technical topics, create score cards, and enrich students’ knowledge and awareness on the importance of technical timely evaluations.
  • Prepare weekly reports to have accountability and record of each student in terms of progress and placement
  • Demonstrate understanding of employability skills, teaching materials, and procedures and various creative teaching methods to improve the quality of the students
  • Understand the need of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations.
  • Maintain close communication with the Department and Reporting Manager
  • Instructs students on feedback, application procedures, resume writing, interview preparation and job retention skills and attitudes.
  • Provides job search/career information workshops and presentations as needed
  • Facilitate career counselling, evaluation, skills training, job readiness training and other activities related to employment transition for Great Lakes
  • Conduct mock interviews and facilitate alumni/industry practitioners ensuring the delivery of services reflective of mission and vision of the academe.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for delivering comprehensive soft skills’ training programs to students
  • Influence students to work and communicate in a dynamic environment
  • Help students improve attributes like speech, body language, and professional workplace ethics and help them empower confidence to seize opportunities and create an impressive personal image
  • Will help students calibrate leadership skills, delegation skills, networking skills, presentation skills, communication skills, etc.
  • Facilitates day-to-day classes to assist students in gaining knowledge and soft-skills needed to secure employment.
  • Conducts classes in an atmosphere that promotes 100% placement efficient training.
  • Plans, organizes, and administers the prescribed curriculum to students
  • Prepares weekly reports to have accountability and record of each student in terms of progress and placement
  • Demonstrates understanding of Employability skills, teaching materials, and procedures with understanding of Kirk Patricks Evaluation Model to evaluate students and various teaching methods
  • Understands the need of and sensitivity to culturally diverse populations.
  • Maintains close communication with the Department and Reporting Manager
