  • Facilitate Hiring &  Placement, Technical, Corporate and Soft Skills’ training ensuring students and professionals become employable ready and corporate ready.
  • Understand vertical-wise company specifics, role specifics, and help in hiring process; mentor and train with 100% success.
  • Conduct the entire hiring process from Campus Hiring, Bulk Hiring to screening, interview coordination, selection, documents collection, and technical evaluations, soft skills sessions, mock interviews, and career counseling etc., and monitor, document, and provide feedback and help students and professionals confidently clear in the forthcoming attempts.
  • Creating platforms, materials, curriculum, company specific question banks, and repositories for continuous support and aide for students and professionals.
  • Create awareness and engage in fulfilling training needs and facilitate programs without constraints – holistically and individually addressing every query of a student from placements perspective and corporate-ready perspective.
  • Counseling and mentoring unplaced students and professionals by subjecting them to continuous pre-placement programs until they are placed.
  • Engage faculty fraternity/alumni/industry practitioners/training team for feedbacks and conducting skill-gap analysis to address company-specific and standard placement training processes.
  • Conduct workshops and competitions, create evaluation patterns and create certification courses within the department to motivate, enhance and support employability and career aspiration individually and holistically for the students and professionals.
  • Give assignments and case studies to broaden students and professionals knowledge and help them achieve success in getting placed in their targeted companies and career growth.

  1. Will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Technical training programs, assignments, case studies, and workshops to students and professionals
  2. Influence students and professionals to evaluate strategies, technical and placement topics and transpose to the companies their knowledge by communicating effectively
  3. Create topic-wise, company specific-wise, role-wise curriculum and enhance technical training from a placement's perspective
  4. Facilitate day-to-day classes to assist students and professionals in gaining knowledge from day one of their presence in the institution
  5. Conduct weekly evaluations for students and professionals in technical topics, create score cards, and enrich students and professionals' knowledge and awareness on the importance of technical timely evaluations.
